Donald Trump, who was just named the winner of the 2024 presidential election, will be the 47th president of the United States of America, a position he previously held.

The 2024 Presidential Election: Donald Trump’s Resounding Victory

The first news outlet to proclaim Trump the victor against Vice President Kamala Harris, anticipating that he would get more than the necessary 270 electoral votes, was FOX News, just before midnight on the West Coast.

Still, Trump and Vance were onstage in West Palm Beach chatting about Trump’s second term in office prior to the formal announcement.

Having won the popular vote, the electoral college, and Republican control of both chambers of Congress, he boasted about his triumph and pledged to help the nation rebuild after a divisive campaign.

Trump thanked Melania, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Dana White, Elon Musk, and even U.S. Open golf champion Bryson DeChambeau, who were all in attendance.

Trump has won big with it. After Grover Cleveland, who did the same thing in the 1890s, he becomes only the second president in United States history to resign and then return to office four years later.

Not only that, but he is unique among presidents in having a criminal past. The victory in the campaign has put an end to his punishment in New York state, which was scheduled for later this month.

North Carolina and Georgia were among the crucial states where Trump maintained his lead, and on Tuesday night, the race was officially declared.

As of midnight on the West Coast, Vice President Harris has not made any official concessions.
